How can I change something on my order?

  • We get it, sometimes after an order is placed something needs to be changed or cancelled. We can help! Please contact sales@goshopcheeky.com ASAP that way we can fix it before your order ships out.

 

Do I have to pay to pick my order up in the store?

  • Nope! If you choose to pick the item up in the store, there is no extra charge.  

 

I no longer want my pickup in store item, what do I do?

  • You can send us an email at sales@goshopcheeky.com to have the item refunded to a gift card. If an item is NOT PICKED UP in 30 days from the time of purchase, it will be refunded to a GIFT CARD.

 

Can I use more than one promo code at checkout?

  • Unfortunately, only one discount/promo code can be used at a time. Promo codes are also not able to be used on already discounted items.

 

My order won’t go through. What should I do? Help!

  • You’re so close to having your dream items headed to you, and then the order won’t submit! It’s the worst feeling. If you’re still receiving an error message after checking over your credit card information, billing and shipping address, make sure you’re using the latest version of your web browser. Whatever you do, only click the "Place Order" button once… we would hate for your card to be authorized more than once by mistake!

Where is my order number?

  • Yay! You have successfully placed an order! Now where can you find the order number? Right after you place your order you should receive an email that has your order number as well as your invoice number on it. If you do not receive an email after you place your order please contact us at sales@goshopcheeky.com and we can get to the bottom of it for you!

 

What payment options do you offer?

  • We take Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Amazon and PayPal.

 

I’m in love with something that is out of stock. What can I do?

  • We know how disappointing it is to fall in love with something that is sold out. However, we do not want you to give up. We may get them back in stock! To be signed up to get notifications choose your size and then click “Send me an email when Available”.

 

Do you measure for bra sizes?

  • No we do not.

 

How can I be updated on new arrivals?

  • The best way to be updated of new arrivals is via social media. You can keep up with new arrivals, giveaways, promotions and so much more on our Instagram @cheekybliss, Facebook @Cheeky Bliss,  & Twitter @goshopcheeky

 

When will my order ship?

  • Your order will ship out within 2-3 days after purchase, and you will be updated via email on the status of them.

 

How can I add a promo code?

  • When checking out your cart enter the promo code in the “Discount Code” area then click ‘Apply’.

 

Can I place my order over the phone?

  • Unfortunately we cannot take orders over the phone.

 

Can I return my items?
